“All 3 of my kids absolutely love this Karate School! The funny thing is, only one of them actually attend it! Renshi Mike and his crew are both caring and charismatic. They host movie nights for the students and their siblings. Everyone feels welcome when they are here(and the should!)The classes are fun and energetic. “I ALWAYS leave feeling awesome...”
“I am truly grateful for the IKickbox program at Millennium Martial Arts! I started the program in May of 2015 and was astonished at how much stronger I became, how much more flexible and how much my balance improved. I sometimes had to push myself to get to class, but ALWAYS left feeling awesome and grateful that I came. On August 1st, I had an accident with my son's scooter and severely damaged my knee...That's when I realized how Important this program is to me. I am in much better shape to deal with my recovery than I would have been. I used the strength in my arms to lift my body and propel it forward on crutches, I used the strength in my "good" leg to hold me up for prolonged periods of time, I was flexible enough to reach the floor (and my feet to put socks on!) without bending my knee, but probably most important was my sense of balance, which I had little of before I started, which allowed me to pick things up off the floor on one leg and not fall over. I am truly grateful to the Millennium staff for developing this program, keeping it fun to attend, and for pushing me to be the best I can be!”
